Bourgogne Chardonnay 2010/2011
Produced by direct pressing, fermented at cool temperatures, this wine has a light yellow colour with a green tinge. Minerally nose with pear and pineapple aromas. Buttery flavour with a delicate apple aroma balanced by crisp acidity.
Bourgogne Chardonnay 2011 Cuvée Georges Metge
Produced from the older vines of Chardonnay grapes planted on the estate, the wine ages 6 months into acacia wood barrels. This ageing process gives floral impressions of wisteria and lilac. Excellent and unique style: perfect as apéritif.
Bourgogne Red Grand Ordinaire 2010/2011
Produced from 75% old Gamay grapes and 25% of young Pinot Noir, by traditionnal method, this wine has a red ruby colour with blackberry aroma on the nose and a light chocolate finish

Produced from 100% old Gamay vines, this wine has a red ruby colour with some intensity, plummy aroma on the nose with a light spicy finish on the palate.It is oak-aged and dedicated to our daughters who left their beloved London for the hills of Beaujolais.

Produced from long macerated juice, this wine
has a ruby colour with purple reflects on
the nose, more exotic fruits (blood peach,
mango), on the palate with a delicate spiciness,
medium length.
Beaujolais-Villages Rosé 2009/2011
Produced from direct pressing, this wine has a watery light pink colour,
on the palate we have a peach and apricot aroma, on the nose, more exotic fruits. You
will appreciate this young wine which is best
served chilled (8º-10º) as an aperitif.
When ageing this wine will gain a nice spicy
roundiness. This wine can be drunk with the local "cuisine
lyonnaise" or some spicy oriental dishes.
